Your invoice can be found in the customer portal https://my.dyslexiefont.com
If you have successfully logged in you will find in the left menu bar the link Invoice. If you click on this link, you will be able to download your invoice. Please see the picture below:
If you aren't able to find the invoice, this could have two reasons:
1. We have set up your account manually e.g. Publishers and Charities are likely to face this option.
2. Your invoice is dated from 2018 or before.
If your invoice is not in this overview or downloadable, please send us an email with your request, so we are able to send it manually.
